About the Role
OES Asset Integrity Management is recruiting a full-time QA Assistant with an Oil and Gas background to be based in Dubai. The role involves supporting the Quality Management System, performing quality checks on inspection reports, and assisting with audits and compliance activities.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System and other management systems
- Perform quality check of inspection reports in a timely manner
- Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance activities
- Maintain QHSE documents, records, reports, non conformance registers, and corrective action tracking
- Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and management review processes
- Coordinate QHSE training, meetings, and awareness initiatives
- Monitor supplier evaluations and maintain related documentation
- Provide administrative support for QHSE activities and company certifications (ISO, ABS, DNV, etc.)
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in quality, administrative, compliance, or HSE related role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of ISO management systems, auditing principles, and risk/compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively within a team
- Oil and gas background (1 year required)

- OES is a leading international specialist of third party inspection, audit, appraisal, certification and project services to the oil and gas industry who are currently experiencing rapid growth.
- We are currently recruiting for full time QA Assistant preferably with Oil and Gas background to be based in Dubai. Successful applicants are expected to be available immediate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System and other management systems.
- Perform quality check of inspection reports in a timely manner.
- Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Maintain QHSE documents, records, reports, non conformance registers, and corrective action tracking.

- Assist with staff events, training programs, and team building activities as required.
- Provide any additional support required by management.

Certifications
- QMS Certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Awareness, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor) (Preferred)
- Any other recognized QHSE related certification will be an advantage
