ICBC is seeking an Intermediate QA Analyst to join our Digital Customer Portal & Applications team and help ensure our customer-facing digital services are reliable, accessible and easy to use. You will contribute to the quality of modern web and mobile experiences used by customers and partners, working closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, UX and content specialists throughout delivery. This role is well suited to a QA professional experienced in testing large-scale digital applications who is ready to take ownership of test planning, quality risks and outcomes for the products and initiatives they support.
