Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Python.
- Develop scalable and secure REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop integrations with third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Design and optimize databases and write efficient SQL queries.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
- Deploy and support applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
Technical Environment
- Python is used for application development.
- Frameworks may include Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Databases may include PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar relational and NoSQL systems.
- Cloud environments may include AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Requirements
- Professional experience developing applications using Python.
- Experience developing scalable and secure REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Database design and efficient SQL query writing skills.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
