Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role located in Indore.
The role focuses on backend applications, APIs, automation systems, and AI-powered solutions.
The developer will build scalable software, integrate third-party services, optimize databases, and support application performance, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and services.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build automation tools and workflow solutions.
- Work with databases and optimize queries for performance.
- Integrate cloud services, particularly AWS.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
- Apply best practices for architecture, testing, security, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Explore and implement AI, machine learning, and LLM-based solutions where applicable.
Required Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in Python development.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in database design and SQL optimization using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git or another version control system.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and clean coding practices.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and background task processing.
- Familiarity with Linux server environments.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, analytical, and code-quality skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Educational Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Python, AWS, AI, or cloud technologies are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and large language models.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or similar technologies.
- Experience with automation tools and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, microservices architecture, or distributed systems.
