- Manage the end to end procurement process from requisition to delivery
- Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on time delivery
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations departments to support business requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities
- Analyze purchasing data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Maintain accurate supplier and item master data within ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing
- Good command of English language
- Experience in heavy equipment spare parts highly preferred
- Experience with part numbers and cross reference alternatives is an advantage
- Professional certifications such as CPP or CSCP are a plus
