- Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses.
- Assessing vendors and their offers with in person visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all requests.
- Negotiating vendors agreement and contracts.
- Coordinating with foreign & local shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as purchasing officer
- Strong knowledge of purchasing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft package
- Must have Valid QID, can provide NOC to transfer
