About the Role
AL SHUAIBI PERFUMES MANUFACTURING LLC is hiring a Purchasing Officer to manage procurement of raw materials and packaging for perfume manufacturing. The role requires 2-3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the perfume or chemical industry, and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate reliable local and international suppliers for fragrance oils, aroma chemicals, essential oils, alcohol, packaging materials, and other production requirements
- Request and compare quotations to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Sales departments to ensure continuous material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing requirements to prevent shortages
- Build and maintain long term relationships with suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement reports
- Ensure all purchased materials meet the company's quality standards and specifications
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, chemical, or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, procurement procedures, and negotiation techniques
- Experience purchasing raw materials and packaging materials for manufacturing
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage
- Must possess a valid UAE visa to work independently

- We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage our purchasing activities and build strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities

- Request and compare quotations to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
