Role Overview

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in foodstuff purchasing in the UAE.
• Experience purchasing from the local market.
• Good knowledge of frozen, chilled, and dry food products.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to source products at competitive prices and maintain supplier relationships.
• Experience handling customer orders through cold calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic accounts knowledge or previous accounting-related experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, payments, and basic account documentation is advantageous.
• Candidates should be proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• UAE foodstuff market knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase food products from local suppliers and markets.
• Source competitive prices and negotiate with suppliers.
• Handle customer requirements and coordinate orders.
• Generate and follow up on orders through cold calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Assist with basic accounts-related documentation and coordination when required.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,500–AED 6,456.12 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
