- Monitor supplier performance through quality, delivery, and cost KPIs
- Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Pharmacy
- Professional certification preferred (CIPS / CPSM / CSCP / CPM)
- Minimum 7 years of procurement/supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Prior experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or another regulated manufacturing industry required
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and supplier risk management
