Role Overview
Welaza General Trading operates iPlantBased.ae, a UAE e-commerce platform for plant-based, wellness, and sustainable products.
The company is seeking a Purchasing Manager to support portfolio expansion in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers, brands, and distributors across FMCG, healthy food, eco-beauty, and pet food sectors.
- Negotiate commercial terms, wholesale margins, payment terms, and delivery protocols.
- Gather supplier technical documentation for Dubai Municipality and MOCCAE product registrations.
- Manage purchase orders and inventory levels.
- Optimize logistics and monitor UAE e-commerce market trends and competitor pricing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Buyer, or Sourcing Specialist in the UAE.
- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or organic and wellness goods.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Fluent English is required; Russian, Ukrainian, or Arabic is a plus.
