Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing, inventory, receiving, logistics coordination, and store operations (Purchasing Executive / Logistics Specialist / Store Keeper)
- Control food costs, stock rotation, and supplier coordination (Purchasing Executive / Logistics Specialist / Store Keeper)
- Provide service in a fast paced operation, supporting Central Kitchen or large scale food production (Waiters & Waitresses)
- Prepare Indian cuisine dishes specializing in various regional styles (Commis Chefs)
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotels or standalone restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, receiving, logistics coordination, and store operations (for Purchasing Executive / Logistics Specialist / Store Keeper)
- Familiarity with food cost control, stock rotation, and supplier coordination (for Purchasing Executive / Logistics Specialist / Store Keeper)
- Previous experience supporting Central Kitchen operations or large scale food production environments (for Waiters & Waitresses)
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast paced operation (for Waiters & Waitresses)
- Specialization in North Indian, South Indian, Coastal Indian, East & West Indian Regional Cuisine, Indian Street Food, Traditional Indian Sweets, or Emirati Cuisine (for Commis Chefs)
