Role Description
The Purchasing Assistant supports the procurement processes within MNGHA, ensuring accurate and timely handling of purchase orders and vendor communications.
Responsibilities include reviewing and processing purchase requests, maintaining records of procurement activities, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
The role involves liaising with internal departments to understand purchasing needs, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jiddah.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Procurement
- Experience in creating and managing Purchase Orders and related documentation
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate procurement records
- Knowledge of relevant local and international procurement regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in using procurement systems and software
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
