- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Research potential vendors
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support, preferably in the building materials industry
- Must have experience purchasing or handling building materials
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License
- Candidates must be able to join immediately
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring cost effective
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Requirements
