Responsibilities
- Raise Purchase Orders from requisitions covering all aspects of marine provisioning such as hotel, deck and engineering supplies.
- Maintain crew uniform stocks- purchase and receipt of new stocks, issuance to crew, arranging. drycleaning of returned uniforms and entering data to record stock movement.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, including stationery and amenities.
- General Stores duties – receiving, despatch and ensuring a clean warehouse environment. Job will also involve driving a manual ute, a Manual Drivers Licence is essential.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
What You'll Bring
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and internal team.
Willingness to learn and take direction from Management.
A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Ability to work as part of a high-performing team supporting overall cruise operations.
Flexibility to work varied hours based on operational needs including public holidays if necessary.
Manual Driver’s License.
Forklift License desirable.
