Role Overview
Reporting to the Director, Procurement – Goods and Services, the incumbent supports the procurement needs of Canadian and U.S. stores, as well as the Head Office, by contributing to contract negotiations and supplier follow-ups based on operational needs, while ensuring a high level of service to stores and Head Office teams.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Director, Procurement – Goods and Services, the incumbent supports the procurement needs of Canadian and U.S. stores, as well as the Head Office, by contributing to contract negotiations and supplier follow-ups based on operational needs, while ensuring a high level of service to stores and Head Office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and provide administrative follow-up on supply purchasing contracts, including national agreements, purchasing terms and conditions, deadlines, and supplier communications.
- Follow up on supply requests from stores and Head Office, including special, urgent, or non-standard requests, by coordinating the necessary actions with suppliers, the Distribution Centre, and internal departments.
- Support U.S. stores with their procurement needs and specific operational follow-ups.
- Review products, services, and solutions to ensure they meet the operational needs of stores, Head Office, and internal partners.
- Research and identify new suppliers, in Canada or internationally, based on operational needs, procurement challenges, or opportunities for improvement.
