Purchasing and Inventory Duties

• Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs.
• Maintain organized records, reports, and invoices.
• Post invoices using computer programs.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Notify managers or supervisors of low stock levels.
• Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory logs.
• Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports for count accuracy.
• Receive, unload, and process deliveries.
• Refuse damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items and oversee returns.
• Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues.
• Monitor PAR levels for food items.

Standards and Team Duties

• Follow food safety and handling policies across food-related areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and asset protection procedures.
• Communicate professionally and prepare accurate written documents.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking during a shift.
• The role requires moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• The role requires movement through confined, elevated, sloping, uneven, or slippery spaces.
• The role requires reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
