About the Role
Hueck Middle East Aluminium System is looking for a Purchase Officer with experience in the aluminium industry. Responsibilities include vendor research, negotiation, order tracking, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure on time delivery
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role in Aluminium industry
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
- Hands on experience working with SAP
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately
- 2 years of purchase officer experience (Required)
- 2 years of building material industry aluminium experience (Required)
