Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop procurement processes to achieve the company’s best interests.
- Prepare and implement procurement plans and strategies in accordance with company policy.
- Manage existing supplier contracts and search for new suppliers.
- Review previous supplier contracts and re-establish supplier relationships and contracts where appropriate.
- Build long-term professional relationships with suppliers.
- Analyze data and study procurement alternatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the procurement team’s performance.
- Prepare periodic procurement and supplier reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with approved company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Manage and develop procurement operations in accordance with company policy.
- Manage supplier contracts and evaluate new and existing supplier relationships.
