Role Overview
The role supports procurement of IT hardware, software, services and solutions for an IT systems integrator.
The position assists the Procurement Manager with sourcing strategies, vendor relationships and timely, cost-effective procurement.
The role is based in Okhla Phase 1 and reports to the Director.
Procurement Management
- Support needs identification, vendor selection, contract negotiation and purchase order management for IT procurement.
- Evaluate and process purchase requisitions while ensuring timely procurement and cost control.
- Maintain procurement activity, order and supplier records in procurement management systems.
Vendor Management
- Manage IT supplier relationships and adherence to service levels and contractual terms.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance assessments.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best organisational value.
Cost and Budget Control
- Assist with IT procurement budgets and monitor related expenditure.
