Job Purpose and Scope
To carry out all Purchase Ledger activities to a competent standard and ensuring the Company’s financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Essential criteria
You should have good general software experience
Detail focused & organisational skills
Calm, professional and drive to offer excellent service to our suppliers and internal stakeholders
Your Educational level should demonstrate abilities in numerical subjects
These are the areas we will develop you in
Managing the Purchase Ledger functions based on assigned letters of the alphabet and for multiple legal entities
Verify/process all invoices and credit notes following procedures in SAP
Reconcile supplier and sub-contractor statements and work with the vendors and our businesses to resolve past due invoices
Actively monitor the shared Mailbox account and within policies
Weekly payment runs for multiple entities
Maintain well organised and accurate filing, following the tidy desk policy
