- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders

- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier details, and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or overstock

- Support cost saving and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management
- 3 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Ability to analyze costs and supplier performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
