Manage international procurement, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely material availability while coordinating with various teams.

Responsibilities
- Handle end to end international procurement activities
- Source and develop overseas suppliers for mechanical, fabrication, steel, hydraulic, electrical, and industrial components
- Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and supplier contracts
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely imports
- Manage import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support production
- Build long term relationships with global suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance and implement cost saving initiatives
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams
Requirements
- Experience in international procurement for mechanical, fabrication, steel, hydraulic, electrical, and industrial components
- Knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
