Santech Equipments seeks a Purchase Assistant cum Driver for a temporary 3-month role in Dubai and Northern Emirates. The position involves assisting with procurement, delivering spare parts, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Purchaser in procuring materials and spare parts
- Collect and deliver materials to suppliers, the workshop, and customer sites
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and site teams for daily material requirements
- Maintain basic purchase and delivery records
- Assist in identifying new suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean and properly maintained
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of spare parts and materials (heavy equipment experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and email)
- Ability to compare quotations and follow purchase instructions
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain purchase and delivery records
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
- Physically fit to handle and transport materials
- Higher Secondary, ITI or equivalent education

Job Description
- Santech Equipments is a leading service provider in the UAE, specializing in Generator and Forklift services.
- We are currently looking for a reliable Purchase Assistant cum Driver to join our team and support our operations with efficient purchasing and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Purchaser in procuring materials and spare parts.
- Collect and deliver materials to suppliers, the workshop, and customer sites.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and site teams for daily material requirements.
- Maintain basic purchase and delivery records.
- Assist in identifying new suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean and properly maintained.
