Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor oilfield pumping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment before and during operations.
• Rig up and rig down pumps, hoses, manifolds, and related equipment.
• Monitor pressure, flow rate, and operating conditions.
• Operate valves and pumping systems according to approved procedures.
• Identify leaks, pressure abnormalities, equipment faults, and unsafe conditions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and operator-level maintenance.
• Complete checklists, operation logs, and daily reports.
• Follow PTW, JSA/JHA, SOP, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and field teams.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
• Work at field locations and support extended or shift operations when required.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 or more years of experience as a Pump Operator in oil and gas or oilfield services.
• Hands-on experience with oilfield or industrial pumping equipment.
• Good knowledge of pumps, valves, hoses, manifolds, and pressure systems.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of field HSE procedures.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a field team.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and field assignments when required.
• Previous UAE oil and gas experience is highly preferred.
• ADNOC or major UAE oil and gas project experience is an advantage.
• H2S and First Aid certificates are preferred.

Workplace

• The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Work is performed in person at field locations and may involve extended or shift operations.

Schedule

• Shift work, overtime, and field assignments may be required.
