Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging and effective Pilates classes, both for groups and individuals.
Responsibilities include teaching various Pilates techniques, ensuring safety and proper form, creating personalized fitness programs based on the needs and goals of clients, and maintaining studio equipment.
Additionally, fostering strong client relationships and promoting a positive and welcoming environment tailored for diverse fitness levels will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pilates instruction and a fundamental understanding of fitness and body mechanics
- Ability to create and adapt exercise programs tailored to individual needs and fitness goals
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to motivate and engage clients
- Knowledge of safe exercise practices and the ability to demonstrate proper techniques
- Certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., MAT certification or equivalent) is required
- First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable
- Previous experience in teaching Pilates or other fitness disciplines is a plus
- Passion for promoting health and wellness
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic is preferred
