We are growing our strategy team.
We are inviting senior Saudi PR strategists to join SYAQ and shape the strategic thinking behind our client mandates.

The Role
As part of SYAQ's strategy team, you will work on the firm's most senior mandates: government entities, cultural institutions, and major national events.
You contribute to how SYAQ thinks, frames, and positions its clients.
This is a flexible engagement.
We are open to project based, part time, or hybrid arrangements depending on the strategist and the project.
What You Will Do
- Join the firm on the project brief and the early strategic framing.
- Build the PR strategy, the narrative, and the media plan alongside the SYAQ team.
- Contribute creative direction and PR thinking specific to each project.
- Present strategic work to clients alongside SYAQ leadership.
- Shape how SYAQ approaches new sectors, mandates, and national moments.
Who We Are Looking For
- Saudi national. This role is open exclusively to Saudi citizens.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PR strategy, media advisory, or senior PR roles.
- Proven contribution to PR strategies for government, cultural, or large scale national event clients.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi media landscape and the regional and international press environment.
- Strong command of Vision 2030 priorities and the national communication context.
- Comfortable presenting and defending strategic thinking in senior government and executive settings.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred Background
- Prior PR experience at a leading agency, advisory firm, or senior in house communications role.
- Direct exposure to Saudi government entities, ministries, or national events.
- Established relationships across Saudi and regional media.
- Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Media, or a related field. Master's preferred.
