Job Summary

Manage and coordinate government-related transactions for the company, focusing on visa processing, immigration matters, labour affairs, and liaison with UAE government departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employment visa processing, including entry permits, status changes, medical fitness tests, Emirates ID registration, and residence visa stamping.
  • Process visa renewals, cancellations, and amendments with GDRFA and ICP.
  • Handle MOHRE work permits, labour contracts, and WPS-related documentation.
  • Coordinate family and dependent visa applications and renewals.
  • Manage trade licence, establishment card, Chamber of Commerce, DLD, and RERA registrations and renewals.
  • Attend Amer, Tasheel, typing centre, GDRFA, MOHRE, and DLD locations in person.
  • Prepare, translate, and attest company documents through MOFA and a notary public.
  • Track visa, ID, and licence expiries and maintain a compliance calendar.
  • Manage Ejari and office lease-related government formalities.
  • Support labour disputes, absconding cases, and other MOHRE or GDRFA matters.
  • Maintain government records and coordinate with external typing centres, PRO providers, and approved agents.
  • Manage GPSSA administration, monitor Emiratisation quotas, and submit Tawteen reports to MOHRE.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • The source states that UAE National status is mandatory for this role.
  • Prior PRO or government relations or administrative experience is preferred; freshers with strong UAE government systems knowledge may be considered.
  • Sound knowledge of GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP, DLD/RERA, MOFA, and GPSSA procedures and portals.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory for travel between government departments.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, integrity, and discretion are required.
  • Arabic and English communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency with government e-services portals is required.

Compensation and Benefits
