Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven professional with hands-on experience in Saudi business setup and corporate services, who can effectively manage government relations while driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service.
Government Relations & Pro Services
- Process and coordinate company registrations, commercial registrations (CR), licenses, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and online portals for business setup and compliance requirements.
- Handle visa processing, Iqama services, labor office procedures, municipality approvals, and other government-related transactions.
- Ensure all client and company documentation remains compliant with Saudi regulations.
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes affecting business setup and corporate services.
Business Setup & Client Services
- Guide clients through company formation and business setup procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Advise clients regarding licensing requirements, documentation, compliance obligations, and business center services.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain required documents and approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support for their operational requirements.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote the company's business setup, PRO, licensing, visa, and corporate support services.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct client engagement.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful business transactions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending proposals to maximize conversion rates.
- Meet individual sales and revenue targets set by management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional business center services.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government authorities, corporate clients, investors, and business partners.
- Represent the company at client meetings and business networking events when required.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Saudi business environment and market trends.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and PRO transactions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, business development activities, and client status.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all client and company records.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia within:
• Business Setup Services
- Business Centers
- Corporate Services
- PRO Services
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Saudi company formation procedures and government regulations.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Language Requirements
- **Arabic – Mandatory**
- **English – Mandatory**
- Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is required.
Additional Requirements
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
- Existing network within the Saudi business community is an advantage.
- Experience dealing with government authorities and online government portals is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- **Starting Salary:** AED 4,500 per month (transferred in SAR)
