Manage government-related documentation, visa processing, and fleet administration for UAE operations.
Serve as the primary contact for Ministry of Labour, Immigration, RTA, and DED matters, as well as property insurance and renewals.
The stated job location is Ajman.
Trade Licence and Compliance
- Manage trade licence applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations across relevant UAE free zones or mainland jurisdictions.
- Liaise with DED and regulatory bodies on document attestation, MOA updates, and commercial compliance.
Visa and Immigration
- Process employee and dependent visas through ICP, Amer, and Tas’heel portals, including entry permits, status changes, Emirates ID applications, medical tests, and residency stamping.
- Process employment contracts, labour card renewals, cancellations, and exit permits.
- Track passport and visa expiry dates and proactively manage renewals.
Fleet and Insurance
- Coordinate RTA vehicle registration, Mulkiya, insurance, and passing-test renewals for the company fleet.
- Manage fleet insurance policies, claims, and renewals.
- Administer staff medical insurance enrolments, changes, and renewals.
- Liaise with insurance brokers on coverage and claims issues.
General PRO Duties
- Represent the company at government departments when required.
- Maintain current knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and corporate regulations.
- Prepare, submit, translate, and attest legal documents in Arabic and English when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven UAE experience as a PRO or Government Relations Officer with hands-on online government portal experience.
- Knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration procedures, and DED regulations.
- Experience with trade licences, visa processing, RTA renewals, and insurance administration.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; Arabic is advantageous, and an additional line requests Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Strong organisational skills, immediate availability, and a preferred valid UAE driving licence.
