Bespoke Accounting and Bookkeeping Est. is hiring a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to assist with business license, visa, office, and related requirements for clients in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Designated Zone, Offshore)
- Guide clients through company registration, licensing, and renewal
- Ensure compliance with UAE business laws and regulations
- Manage relationships with relevant government authorities (DED, Free Zone authorities, etc.)
- Assist team with visa inquiries and document preparation (attestation, translation, etc.)
- Offer ongoing support to clients for business continuity and growth
- Provide consultation on various business setup options available in the UAE
- Coordinate with team and clients to gather required documents and process business registration
- Collaborate with local authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits
- Keep clients updated on regulatory changes and new business opportunities
- Solve issues related to business registration or compliance on behalf of clients
- Ensure timely renewals of licenses and permits for clients
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the UAE's business environment and legal framework
- Experience in business setup, company formation, or a related field in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company structures
- Experience in the use of portals of free zones such as JAFZA, IFZA, SPC, Rakez, DMCC, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills to handle challenges with government authorities or regulations
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- UAE experience: 3 years (Required)

About the Role
- As a Public Relations Officer (PRO), you will assist our team and our clients with business license, visa, office and all related requirements.
- You will provide expert guidance on selecting the best business structure, securing licenses, processing visas and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Designated Zone, Offshore).
- Guiding clients through the process of company registration, licensing, and renewal.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE business laws and regulations, including company formation rules.
- Managing relationships with relevant government authorities, including DED, Free Zone authorities, and others.
