Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced *Public Relations Officer (PRO)* to manage government-related processes and employee coordination within our organizatoin.
The ideal candidate must be an *Arabic speaker* with strong knowledge of UAE government portals, labor laws, and prior hands-on PRO experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Schedule medical check-ups, Emirates ID processing, and related onboarding formalities for staff.
· Handle visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and immigration procedures
· Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.)
· Manage company licenses, renewals, and official documentation
· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
· Coordinate with internal departments for employee documentation needs
· Maintain records of all legal and government-related documents
· Track and update changes in government policies and procedures
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a PRO in Abu Dhabi
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Familiarity with online government portals (MOHRE, ICA, etc.)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
