Role Overview
Dome Group is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to manage government relations, corporate documentation, licensing, immigration, and security access requirements for Abu Dhabi operations.
The role requires previous PRO experience with construction or contracting companies in Abu Dhabi and hands-on experience with ADNOC-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee visa, work permit, labour, residency, Emirates ID, and related government transactions.
- Handle trade licence renewals, amendments, MOA documentation, registrations, and corporate government requirements.
- Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, and related municipal documentation.
- Coordinate CICPA security pass applications, renewals, and approvals for oil and gas facility access.
- Handle ADNOC documentation, registrations, approvals, security access processes, and associated transactions.
- Liaise with Abu Dhabi and UAE government authorities to complete company transactions on time.
- Maintain records and monitor expiry dates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Handle other government relations and administrative transactions required for company operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer in Abu Dhabi.
