Responsibilities
- Draft press releases and media kits.
- Coordinate interviews and press events.
- Maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Monitor media coverage and identify publicity and audience engagement opportunities.
- Support strategic communications for film and television launches.
- Manage messaging across traditional and digital channels.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and leadership teams on consistent public narratives.
- Track PR performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong public relations and media relations skills with experience managing press and industry stakeholder relationships.
- Expertise in press releases and strategic communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with adaptable tone and style.
- A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to manage PR projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced creative setting.
- Strong organization and presentation skills, attention to detail, and responsible handling of confidential information.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, monitoring tools, and basic analytics.
- Entertainment, media, film production, or international-market experience is highly beneficial.
