Role Overview
Geap Group is seeking a seasoned Public Relations Officer to support smooth group operations.
The role focuses on government-related activities and coordination across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with UAE Municipality, Labor, Immigration, and Civil Defense entities for documentation, approvals, and renewals.
- Manage submissions and follow up on documentation and applications with government authorities.
- Draft and translate official documents between Arabic and English.
- Use knowledge and networks involving JAFZA, NIP, and Labor Authorities.
- Facilitate the group's sales activities for outstanding recoveries.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English are required.
- Experience in the same field is preferred, with strong knowledge of local labor laws, municipal regulations, and building-related issues.
- Experience using government e-portals and online systems related to buildings is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- A valid driving license and an owned car are required.
