Role Overview

Business Setup and Government Work

• Handle company formation, licence applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on government applications and documentation.
• Liaise with Free Zones, Mainland authorities, Immigration, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and other UAE government entities.

Visa and Compliance Services

• Manage employment, investor, partner, and dependent visa processes.
• Handle Emirates ID, medical fitness, immigration, and establishment card procedures.
• Track application statuses, renewals, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations, procedures, fees, and requirements.

Client Support

• Support clients through the complete business setup process.
• Resolve government-related issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a PRO or Business Setup Consultant in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation and government procedures.
• Experience with Free Zone and Mainland company setups.
• Good understanding of visa and immigration procedures.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language ability is a strong advantage.
• A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
