Role Overview
Provide public relations and business setup support with a focus on UAE government procedures, licensing, visas, and immigration.
Support clients throughout the complete business setup process.
Business Setup and Government Work
- Handle company formation, licence applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on government applications and documentation.
- Liaise with Free Zones, Mainland authorities, Immigration, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and other UAE government entities.
Visa and Compliance Services
- Manage employment, investor, partner, and dependent visa processes.
- Handle Emirates ID, medical fitness, immigration, and establishment card procedures.
- Track application statuses, renewals, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on UAE regulations, procedures, fees, and requirements.
Client Support
- Support clients through the complete business setup process.
- Resolve government-related issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a PRO or Business Setup Consultant in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation and government procedures.
- Experience with Free Zone and Mainland company setups.
- Good understanding of visa and immigration procedures.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language ability is a strong advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
