Role Overview
The PR Manager manages communications strategies and initiatives for existing and new retainer clients and strategic events.
The role works with PR, Marketing, and Events teams to deliver strategic brand communications within timing and budget requirements.
The position requires communications experience, managerial traits, and knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR and communications campaigns covering strategy, goals, budgets, and tactics.
- Lead day-to-day client relations across multiple accounts and projects.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate on research, briefs, and strategies.
- Develop relationships with stylists, press thought leaders, influencers, and senior media contacts.
- Manage account budgets and timelines and lead press releases, statements, and interviews.
- Research exposure opportunities and monitor the competitive and category landscape.
- Analyze and communicate PR results through monthly and project reports.
- Coordinate PR activations, press events, and shoots.
- Contribute to PR department growth through business development and new client identification.
- Collaborate with senior company stakeholders and other departments on client targets and growth.
