In-House Pr Executive
We’re looking for a smart, proactive PR Executive to help build our brand presence and manage media communications.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create buzz, secure media coverage, manage partnerships, and shape the company’s public image.
Pr & Media Outreach
- Draft and manage press releases, media pitches, founder narratives, and external communications across product, partnership, and company announcements
- Build, maintain, and continuously refine targeted media lists across, fintech, finance, real estate, and business publications
- Proactively pitch story angles, thought-leadership commentary, and interview opportunities to journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and event organisers
- Manage inbound media enquiries and coordinate accurate, timely responses with internal stakeholders
- Track outreach activity, follow-ups, media relationships, coverage outcomes, and reporting across campaigns
Founder & Executive Communications
- Support CEO and leadership positioning through thought-leadership development, speaking opportunities, interview preparation, and quote drafting
- Develop and refine messaging for interviews, conferences, podcasts, panels, and public-facing appearances
Core Skills & Experience
- 2– 4+ years of experience in PR, communications, media relations, brand marketing, or content-led communications
- Excellent written English with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally across formats
- Proven experience pitching media stories, founder profiles, commentary angles, or speaking opportunities
- Strong instinct for positioning, tone, and narrative development in public-facing communications
- Ability to manage multiple communication streams, deadlines, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail
- Sound editorial judgment on what is newsworthy, brand-aligned, and strategically valuable
Execution & Working Style
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and strong in execution and follow-through
- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to maintain momentum across outreach and communications workflows
- High ownership mindset with a collaborative, low-ego approach to feedback and iteration
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where responsiveness and quality both matter
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with founders, media contacts, and external stakeholders
- Advantage to Have
- Experience in RWAs, tokenisation, real estate, crypto, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Existing relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, or event organisers in relevant sectors
- Experience supporting founders, executives, or C-level spokespeople
- Experience managing PR agencies or external communications partners
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
