About the Role
Redhill is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Dubai. You will handle media monitoring, reporting, media distribution, and media relations for clients in the MENA region.

Responsibilities
- Compile media monitoring and coverage reports, analyse and assess the value of media exposure
- Prepare clear, actionable client facing updates including status reports, campaign summaries, and account activity reports
- Build, maintain, and update coverage trackers, media value reports, and campaign performance dashboards
- Analyse media data, share of voice, and sentiment to surface insights and recommendations
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and end of campaign reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate distribution of press releases, media advisories, and content across relevant media outlets
- Build and maintain accurate media lists and distribution databases
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key spokespeople, media, and influencers in the MENA region
- Stay immersed in the media landscape, track news developments, and monitor key trends
Requirements
- Individuals or fresh graduates in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing, or individuals with 1–2 years of PR agency experience (including internships)
- Strong attention to detail and a process driven approach to work
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Genuine interest in learning about and working across diverse industries

- Cultivate and manage relationships with key spokespeople, media, and influencers in the MENA region.
- Stay immersed in the media landscape—track news developments, monitor key trends, understand media movements, and build strong media relationships.
Who we’re looking for
- Individuals or fresh graduates in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing, or individuals with 1–2 years of PR agency experience (including internships) are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with more extensive PR agency experience may be considered for the Senior Account Executive role.
- Strong attention to detail and a process driven approach to work.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver high quality work under tight deadlines.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
