Position Overview
The Public Relations Officer manages and executes government-related processes and company documentation.
The role covers regulatory administration, petty cash, purchases, assets, equipment, project-site materials, and company vehicles.
Government and Regulatory Administration
- Manage visas, immigration, labour, municipality, DED, RTA, DEWA, and other regulatory processes.
- Prepare and manage documentation for government-related company processes.
Purchases, Assets, and Site Materials
- Handle petty cash and direct purchases.
- Manage company assets and equipment maintenance.
- Manage rental materials required for project sites.
Fleet Administration
- Oversee company vehicle registrations, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.
Workplace

Requirements
