Role Overview
International Radiology Centre is hiring a Public Relations Officer to support government, visa, licensing, and administrative requirements in Sharjah.
Government and Visa Duties
- Provide operational support for requirements involving Ministries, MOHRE, Immigration, MOH, Municipalities, Visa Authorities, and other government bodies.
- Liaise with Immigration on new, renewed, and cancelled visas.
- Organize documentation for new recruits to obtain residence visas within the required time limit.
- Ensure visa renewals are completed on time under UAE regulations.
- Coordinate staff visa cancellations with HR and onboarding teams and follow up on repatriation.
Licensing and Administration
- Ensure renewal of trade licenses and other company legal documents.
- Ensure vehicle and asset renewals and registrations are completed on time.
- Complete general administration and maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate and prioritize urgent tasks and complete ad hoc work as required.
- Assist the HR Manager with daily tasks and employee records.
- Provide customer service and assistance as needed.
