Role Overview
The Public Relations Officer handles government procedures and documentation for company employees and business operations.
The role liaises with UAE authorities on labor, immigration, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employment visas, work permits, residence visas, and visa renewals.
- Handle labor contracts, labor cards, Emirates ID applications, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, and other government departments.
- Manage company trade license renewals and other regulatory requirements.
- Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Prepare and submit official applications, forms, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate employee and company documentation records.
- Guide employees on immigration and labor-related procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain positive relationships with government authorities and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
- Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
