- Process and manage all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- Handle labor and immigration matters through relevant UAE government portals and authorities
- Coordinate with government entities including MOHRE, ICP, and municipalities
- Manage company trade license renewals and amendments
- Process Emirates ID applications and renewals
- Arrange medical tests, labor contracts, and employment related documentation
- Track and maintain records of employee visas, licenses, permits, and government approvals
- Ensure timely compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations
- Coordinate document attestation, notarization, and legal translation when required
- Support HR and management with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic compliance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures
- Experience using MOHRE, ICP, and other government online platforms
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred

About the Role
