- Clean and maintain all restaurant public areas before, during, and after operating hours
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish restaurant floors
- Clean entrances, waiting areas, and reception areas
- Sanitize tables, chairs, high chairs, and other guest contact surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly
- Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and display areas
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
- Refill cleaning supplies and restroom amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and beverage stations
- Promptly clean spills to ensure guest safety
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to supervisor
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Overview
- As a Public Area Cleaner, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of public areas, following the guidance of Supervisors and adhering to hotel/ restaurant policies and procedures.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all restaurant public areas before, during, and after operating hours.
