About the Role
Redlink Group is hiring a PTW Officer for a leading construction project in Qatar. You will manage the Permit to Work lifecycle, conduct risk assessments, and supervise civil activities.

Responsibilities
- Initiate, process, and manage the end to end Permit to Work (PTW) lifecycle for all on site civil and structural activities.
- Conduct thorough Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and risk assessments prior to opening permits.
- Act as the primary on site civil supervisor, enforcing adherence to safety regulations, approved drawings, and PTW conditions.
- Liaise daily with HSE departments, site engineers, and client representatives to secure clearances and prevent downtime.
- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) to brief civil crews on permit conditions, site hazards, and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Must hold an Oryx GTL PTW2 Card
- Minimum of 5+ years of GCC experience in a supervisory or PTW capacity, preferably within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical environments
- Must be available to attend a mandatory face to face interview
- Candidates should be present in Qatar with a valid QID
- Available to join immediately

Job Overview
- A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring for PTW Officer.
Qualification
