The PTOT Registration Representative Lead serves as a role model for team members and promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the mission, vision, and values of The Christ Hospital Health Network while performing all PTOT Registration Representative functions.
In addition, they are responsible for the training of new and current team members, coordinating schedules and covering in team member absences, opening and closing the office, and maintaining office equipment and supply inventory to support effective operations.
