About This Role

  • Hourly, remote contractor role as Psychology Quality Assurance Lead.
  • Oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across psychology focused AI training projects.
  • Review AI generated psychology content and trainer/QA work.
  • Assess work for psychological accuracy, theory application, research literacy, ethical awareness, mental health safety, diagnostic caution, clarity, formatting, instruction following, and adherence to project specific rubrics.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent in Psychology or related field.
  • Strong grasp of English.
  • 3+ years of experience in psychology research, clinical/counseling, etc.
  • Strong understanding of psychological theories and research methods.
  • Ability to evaluate psychology content against detailed rubrics.
  • Familiarity with CBT, developmental psychology, personality, trauma informed communication, etc. preferred.
  • Experience leading or supporting remote teams strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with tools like Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized.
  • Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, psychology QA, etc. is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality monitoring: Spot check psychology items, identify quality issues, provide feedback.
  • Psychology review: Evaluate AI generated psychology content for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Trainer and QA communication: Update teams on guidelines and changes.
  • Question handling: Respond to questions clearly and promptly.
  • Trainer/QA activation management: DM inactive contributors.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Onboarding and training: Schedule and run onboarding/training calls.
  • Quality alignment: Ensure consistent application of guidelines.
  • Safety and ethics review: Flag unsafe or inappropriate content.
  • Process improvement: Identify gaps and propose improvements.
