- Monitor quality by spot checking psychology items and providing feedback
- Evaluate AI generated psychology content for accuracy and appropriateness
- Communicate with trainers and QAs on Discord about guidelines and updates
- Respond to trainer/QA questions on psychological concepts and rubric interpretation
- Manage trainer/QA activation by reaching out to inactive contributors
- Create and maintain project documentation including style guides and FAQs
- Schedule and run onboarding/training calls
- Ensure consistent application of psychology review guidelines
- Flag unsafe or inappropriate psychology content
- Identify quality gaps and propose workflow improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Social Work, or related field
- Strong grasp of English language
- 3+ years experience in psychology research, clinical/counseling, behavioral science, teaching, academic writing, mental health content review, or related workflows
- Strong understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and ethics
- Ability to evaluate psychology content against rubrics
- Experience leading or supporting remote teams is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with remote tools like Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Experience with AI training, data annotation, or rubric based review is a strong plus

Job Description
- Job Title: Psychology Quality Assurance Lead
- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Remote
- Hourly, remote contractor role overseeing quality and trainer performance on AI training projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality monitoring: Spot check psychology items, identify issues, provide feedback, escalate critical issues.
- Psychology review: Evaluate AI generated psychology content for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Trainer and QA communication: Update teams on guidelines and project changes via Discord.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Social Work, or related field.
