- Conduct psycho educational assessments for children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges
- Prepare assessment reports, intervention plans, and progress reports
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Conduct parent counseling, guidance, and review meetings
- Develop behavior management and home support strategies
- Collaborate with ABA Therapists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators
- Support school consultations, observations, and IEP recommendations when required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and confidential records
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or related field
- DHA/ CDA License or Eligibility Letter required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with developmental and behavioral needs
- Strong assessment, report writing, and communication skills
