- Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing medication management
- Review patient histories, formulate treatment plans, and conduct follow up appointments via telehealth
- Document all encounters in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as appropriate
- Provide crisis management within defined protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Complete timely notes, prescription management, and clear communication with care coordinators or referring providers
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) in relevant jurisdiction(s)
- Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry preferred
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry
- Experience or interest in Adolescent Psychiatry and broader psychiatry practice
- Previous experience providing telepsychiatry or remote psychiatric services is highly beneficial
- Excellent clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and cultural competence skills
- Ability to work independently, manage a part time caseload, and adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements

Role Description
- Part time, remote Freelance Psychiatrist role with flexible scheduling.
- Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing medication management.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with ability to conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage complex cases.
- Demonstrated expertise in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence based interventions.
- Experience or interest in Adolescent Psychiatry and broader psychiatry practice across age groups.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) in relevant jurisdiction(s); board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry preferred.
- Previous experience providing telepsychiatry or remote psychiatric services is highly beneficial.
