Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager will support strategic enterprise initiatives within the Capital portfolio for a major financial institution in Saudi Arabia.
The role leads planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects through an outsourcing engagement.
The position coordinates business, technology, and vendor teams while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
- Ensure project alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication across project participants.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of project management experience.
- Strong background in banking or financial services.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or Capital-related initiatives is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
